At OMI Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including all original certificates, appraisals, and documentation.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
